Fear

Do not wish to eradicate your fear.

Consider it your most important guide,

for it can lead you back to love if you allow it.

Many misconstrue fear's role in our lives,

assigning it as the ruler that keeps us small

and limits our beliefs in our abilities.

When fear is a ruler,

we cower in its presence,

never daring to face what frightens us most.

But as fear enters, so does opportunity—a chance for its new purpose to unfold:

to serve as an aid to your evolution,

to help you love yourself in deeper places.

It beckons you to bring forth exiled parts,

those fragments banished to the depths,

into the light of love within your heart,

held in your compassionate embrace,

forgiving and releasing the fear that kept them distant.

Yet they haunted you, didn't they?

I know because my shadows haunted me, too.

But the shadow is a cloaked wizard bearing gifts,

a mystery waiting to be understood.

It unlocks the wisdom of generations

and experiences that preceded your existence.

Fear has always been part of this ancient process.

So meet it with eyes wide open, in reverence.

You carry the courage of your ancestors.

What if fear isn't here to stop you, but to bring you home?
